Following a request from the Croatian Academic and Research Network (CARNET), CSIL organised, hosted, and delivered a four-day professional training seminar on cost-benefit analysis for investment project appraisal in Milan. The seminar featured comprehensive sessions on CBA principles and methods, including Feasibility Analysis, Financial and Economic Analysis, and Risk Assessment. Participants also benefited from sectoral application insights on transport, research, and human capital, hands-on sessions, interactive discussions, and case study illustrations. The training was attended by CARNET staff from various units and departments involved in project design, preparation, and implementation.
