Giulia Canzian joined CSIL as a Senior Researcher in the summer of 2023. She is an applied economist with over 15 years of experience, an expert in quantitative and econometric analyses, and specialises in policy evaluations using counterfactual methods. Her primary research focus lies in industrial economics.
Formerly at the European Commission (JRC), Giulia played a pivotal role in numerous evaluation projects, coordinating and leading scientific and administrative aspects.
She holds a PhD in Economics and Management from the University of Trento.
