CSIL provided a training service with the general objective of strengthening the skills and competencies of Invitalia staff in implementing CBA for the evaluation of Major Projects on Cohesion Policy.
The training focused on general principles of CBA as well as on sectoral applications of CBA, in particular: environment; transport; urban development; research, development and innovation infrastructure; cultural heritage. It included lectures and practical exercises; example on the latest efforts in applying the CBA to the financing decision in the new programming period, including financial risk analysis.
