The objective of the study was to determine flat-rate revenue percentages for the sectors or subsectors within the fields of:
• Information and Communication Technologies (ICT),
• Research, development and innovation (RDI), and
• Energy Efficiency (EE)
to apply to revenue-generating operations co-financed by the European Structural and Investment (ESI) Funds in 2014-2020. The study comprised data collection at the European level; analysis of the net revenues generated by projects in the referred fields; determining flat-rate percentages for revenue-generating projects in the sectors or subsectors within the referred fields; final study report and presentation of the results to the Commission and the Member States.
