Mario Genco is a nuclear engineer, at CSIL since 1997 as partner and senior advisor. He boasts over 40 years of experience, with highly developed skills and longstanding expertise in master planning, feasibility study, financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, socio-economic impact assessments, and the design and supervision of engineering works for environmental and energy infrastructures. He has been appointed as a high-profile professional advisor for several water, energy, and environmental projects by national and international bodies. His experience encompasses all phases of project cycle management: from ex-ante evaluation to operational planning, follow-up of authorising procedures, organisation and coordination of implementation, project management, and ex-post evaluation.
Mario graduated in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Palermo.
