Chiara Pancotti started working at CSIL in 2011 and became a partner in 2016. She is experienced in working on complex evaluations, impact assessments, and policy studies in many areas, including cohesion policy, mobility, environment, SMEs, research, and innovation, for the European Commission and other EU institutions. She is proficient in the principles and methods of cost-benefit analysis and often delivers training in this sector. She boasts teaching experiences on behalf of the University of Milan, EU institutions (e.g. the Court of Auditors) and national authorities across Europe (e.g. in Malta, Lithuania, and Italy) in the field of cost-benefit analysis and projects appraisal.
Chiara holds a Master of Science in Economics from Bicocca University in Milan.
