Claudia Santoro joined CSIL in 2017. She organises the preparation of tenders for EC and international assignments. She takes care of communication and organisation activities which ensure the smooth performance of each assignment.
She is experienced in editing and disseminating information according to project guidelines and protocols. She manages content for the website and social media platforms. She contracts and liaise with external experts and is responsible for CSIL’s quality management system and ISO 9001 certification.
Claudia participated in several EU-funded international projects with the Italian social enterprise Progetti Sociali and various UK-based NGOs.
She holds an MA in International Relations and a BA in International Communication from the University of Perugia, and studied abroad in Hungary, Mexico, and the US.
