Francesca Picarella joined CSIL in 2022 and is involved in evaluation projects on SME support measures.
Francesca has previous value chain and microcredit consultant experiences and completed a traineeship at the European Parliament (DG IPOL), researching the impact of Covid-19 on youth’s economic and social situation and EU institutions’ policy work.
She holds an MSc in Economics and Finance and BSc in Economics from Padua University (Italy) and had study abroad experiences in France and the UK.
